Wondrously Shameful Chapter 3(Harlow’s POV) Screaming…I awoke to blood curdling screaming. I sat up and listened only to find out that the screaming had been coming from me. A low “shhh” came from next to me and my mother’s small hand stroked my red hot sweating face. After a few moments I fall into a cold dreamless sleep. ~The Next Morning~ I become conscious just as the sun is rising over the horizon, the bloody color leaking over the sky. I place my feet on the cool floor and the damp chill seems to trek through my whole body causing me to shiver.
